The Geekbench listing for the Samsung SM-G736B suggests the phone will use Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 778G SoC. While the listing doesn’t explicitly mention the Snapdragon chip, the codename “lahaina” and the CPU specs — four CPU cores operating at 1.80GHz and four others at 2.40GHz — more or less confirm it. That should make the Galaxy Xcover Pro 2 the most powerful rugged smartphone from Samsung yet. The Snapdragon 778G is a premium mid-range chipset based on TSMC’s 6nm process node....
