The Nokia X10 & X20 are now getting Android 13 update
The Nokia X10 is getting firmware version V3.270, while the Nokia X20 is getting version V3,360. There is a changelog included, of course, and you can check it out below this paragraph.
Not all changes are listed here, but some of the most notable ones are. Both phones are getting themed app icons, for more customization options. They can, of course, get in line with your wallpaper colors, and more. Photo Picker feature is also included, so you won’t be required to share your entire media library with applications, only the photos, and videos you want that app to access. Notification permissions feature is included. Apps you download will need your permission in order to send notifications. This will help you keep manage notifications altogether.
You’ll also be getting new multimedia controls & design
New multimedia controls are also included, including a new player for multimedia that shows the album cover. The dance playback bar that we’ve seen on Pixels is also here, and more. Nokia’s skin is very close to stock Android, so if you’ve used a more recent Nokia smartphone, you know what to expect here. The update size is 2.34GB, so make sure you’re connected to a WiFi network before downloading, unless you have plenty of data on your current plan. The Nokia X10 and X20 are budget phones from the company, as most of you know. It’s nice to see that HMD Global is thinking of these two phones when it comes to updates, that’s for sure. As mentioned earlier, the update is rolling out in stages, so it may take a while for it to reach your phone.
