Elon Musk will meet with Twitter staff this week

This meeting, between Musk and Twitter staff, was announced by the company’s CEO, Parag Agrawal. He announced it to his staff on Monday, via email. In that email, Mr. Agrawal said that Twitter employees will be able to submit questions to Elon Musk. Those questions can be submitted prior to the event only, though, it seems. That’s basically all we know thus far. We don’t know when exactly will this meeting take place, but it will occur on Friday, at the latest. Once it happens, we’ll get far more information.

Twitter deal may be in jeopardy due to fake accounts

That being said, Elon Musk’s bid to take over Twitter was first rejected. That changed soon after, though. The deal has hit a wall of sorts, though, as Elon Musk asked Twitter to provide data about fake accounts on the platform. He did not receive that data, and after approximately a month of waiting, he threatened to quit the deal altogether. Well, it seems like Twitter may provide that information after. Analysts have actually said that Elon Musk may be using this whole issue to lower the price of the company. If it turns out that there are more spam accounts than expected. That is his right, though, to know exactly what he’s buying, at least that’s what most people seem to think. It remains to be seen how will the whole situation end, but considering that Elon Musk is planning to speak to Twitter employees, it’s safe to assume that everything is going in the right direction.
