So what is Extreme Battery Saver Mode? Basically, it is a pretty extreme approach to making your battery last as long as it possibly can. With it enabled, your phone will pause most apps and notifications. It will let some apps through that you set as essential. It will also slow down the processor, turn off WiFi and a few other things. To help keep your battery going as long as it possibly can.
